In-stock Parts Shipping and Delivery
All in-stock orders will be shipped within 1 business day and usually within 15 minutes during regular business hours, unless specifically stated or due to unforeseen circumstances. Orders are typically delivered within 2 weeks from the shipping date but usually within 1-4 business days. Estimated shipping times are dependent on the parts manufacturer and may change at any time. In-stock status does not guarantee availability of parts at the time of placing your order and may change at any time. Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address information. If there are any delays with your order, we will contact you via email within 2 business days.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is only required for orders shipping within our resident state and orders shipping within states that require tax collection for online sales. Therefore, all orders shipping within these states will be charged the applicable sales tax rate. Please go to checkout in order to see if your state requires collection of sales tax and the current rate.

Warranties
All products are subject to the manufacturers warranty guidelines. Race Consulting Agency does not provide additional or extended warranties.
90 Day Return Policy
All return requests must be emailed to support@raceconsultingagency.com before returning anything! You must contact RCA to obtain a return order.
Please note:
- Sales invoice and/or return authorization # must accompany ALL returns, warranties and cores.
- All claims for damaged, missing, or misboxed items must be submitted within 2 business days of receiving the item. We are unable to file a claim past the 2 business day period.
- Special order items, engine internals, electronics, gauges, and items past 90 days of original order are non-returnable.
- We would need to receive the item first and inspect it before any refund is issued.
- A return order does not constitute the acceptance of your return. Items must be returned in resalable, new/unused condition, and are subject to inspection.
- All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.
- If the refund is approved, original payment will be refunded minus 20% restocking fee and original cost of shipping the item to you. We can waive the restocking fee (not the original shipping cost) in certain instances such as the return is within 90 days of the delivery date or you opt in for store credit instead. Please note that all refunds or credits take 5-10 business days to process.
- If refund was not approved, it will be at Race Consulting Agency’s discretion to decide how to proceed and the item can be returned to the customer at their own expense.
Store Credit
Store credits issued for returned products will expire one year from the date of issuance. All other store credits expire 90 days from issuance, including credits related to any promotion.
Billing
Upon checkout, your credit card or PayPal account will be pre-authorized and/or charged regardless of the item being in stock, out of stock, or discontinued. If your credit card was declined, you may still see a pending charge on your account due to the pre-authorization process with credit and debit cards. This declined pre-authorization does take 1-7 business days to clear depending on your bank or credit card company.
Shipping Costs
Most products over the advertised free shipping threshold have the shipping price included in the listed price. Any product that is oversized such as, but not limited to, engines, transmissions, body kits, body panels, and drivetrain parts may include additional shipping or freight charges upon purchase. The additional shipping charges at times can only be calculated after the purchase. We will contact you within 2 business days and notify you of any additional charges and will give you the option of cancelling the order if you do not wish to pay them. Shipping promotions exclude freight orders, large shipments and non-continental US delivery locations.
Core Charges
Certain products are advertised for a price that does not include the core charge. A core charge is an amount charged on top of the purchase price to cover the cost of the core part that needs to be returned to the manufacturer. An example would be if you purchase a transmission, a core charge will need to be paid upon purchase. Once you receive your new transmission and return the old one to the manufacturer following included instructions, the core charge can be refunded. Upon return to the manufacturer and approval of the core, Race Consulting Agency will receive the core credit back and will refund the core charge back to you. Core refund times vary depending on manufacturer policy. It is the responsibility of the customer to follow all core return guidelines from the manufacturer in order for the core refund to be issued. The core charge is non-refundable and becomes part of the purchase price if no core is returned or the core returned is deemed unusable by the manufacturer.
Out of Stock Items
If you ordered item or items are out of stock, we will contact you within 2 business days of the purchase to notify you of your order status. We will provide you with an estimated time that the out of stock item is going to be shipped using the currently available information from the manufacturer and/or distributor. This does not guarantee the estimated shipping date due to circumstances beyond our control such as manufacturing delays, shipping delays, or item discontinuation. We may present you with alternatives to your out of stock item and leave the decision up to you to switch and pay if there is any price difference. Out of stock item orders may be cancelled only if they are not special order/no cancellation items (this information will be provided to you within 2 business days of the order and we will seek your approval to place the special order before the no cancellation policy is in effect).
Discontinued Items
In some rare instances, manufacturers discontinue products and do not notify their dealers. This lack of communication prevents us from removing the item from our site in a timely manner. If you ordered an item or items that are discontinued, we will contact you within 2 business days of the purchase to notify you of your order status. We may present you with alternatives to your discontinued item and leave the decision up to you to switch and pay if there is any price difference. Or you may just cancel the order for a full refund. If no alternatives are available, we will cancel your order automatically and refund your purchase within 2 business days.
Restocking Fee
A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all non-defective, accepted returns after the "90-day no restocking fee" period. Shipping charges are non-refundable. For orders with Free Shipping, the original shipping costs will also now apply.
Order Changes
You may request a change to your order, provided your order has not already been processed and shipped. Please call during business hours to change your order or email us at support@raceconsultingagency.com. Please note that response times may vary and sending an email to us with order changes does not guarantee for those changes to be made.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Race Consulting Agency shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price. Race Consulting Agency shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Race Consulting Agency shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. In the event an order is fulfilled and is delivered with incorrect information or parts due to typographical error or incorrect information from suppliers and manufacturers, Race Consulting Agency shall not be held liable and will work with the customer to their best ability to resolve the issue. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify all information with the parts manufacturer and contact Race Consulting Agency to clarify any discrepancies.
Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Race Consulting Agency reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Race Consulting Agency reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed over $2000.00 (U.S.) must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verification or information before accepting any order.
Customer Information
Any customer information including any email addresses received by Race Consulting Agency will only be used in connection with your order, and will not be sold, or transferred to any third party. Periodically, Race Consulting Agency may wish to communicate with customers via email or electronic newsletter. If for any reason you do not wish to receive email communications from Race Consulting Agency, then you may send an email to sales@raceconsultingagency.com with “remove from email list” in the subject, and you will not receive any further email communications from us. Please note, changes can take up to 5 business days to take effect.
